1.Thaw your meat in the refrigerator, the night before.
2. Take your meat out of the refrigerator to bring to room temperature.
3. Sprinkle our Original La Vaca Seasoning on both sides of the steak.
4. Once placed on the grill it should be seared on high for one to two minutes on each side.
5. After searing, reduce the heat to medium and allow your steak to be grilled until the desired temperature has been met.
Every steak will be grilled based on the thickness of the cut; however, you can use these internal temperatures as a guide.
