Rare: 115-120 Degrees Fahrenheit
Medium-Rare: 120-125 Degrees Fahrenheit
Medium: 130-135 Degrees Fahrenheit
Medium-Well: 140-145 Degrees Fahrenheit
Well Done-Throw it away and try again!

Best Thawing Practices

We recommend removing your steak from the freezer, one to two days before cooking, and placing it in the refrigerator.  Our beef can be refrigerated for over a week,  before cooking, if it is left in the cryovac packaging.
