This is the most affordable way to purchase our premium pasture raised, grass-fed, grain finished beef.

We generally have quarter and half beef ready for purchase.

At point of purchase, we will provide you with an estimate of when your meat will be ready for pickup or delivery.

What will it cost, and how much meat will I get?

The cost ends up being about $12 to $13 per pound of finished beef depending upon the amount you purchase. Each quarter yields approximately 100-125 pounds of beef. Every animal is different, so cost varies based on the weight.

How much freezer space will I need?

The general rule is ≈25 pounds of meat per cubic foot of freezer space. Quarter beef will require approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space. Cryovac® sealed meat will stay fresh for more than a year.
