Beef sold in store in store and online is “Premium Quality, Certified Angus Beef®,” aged at least 21 days, hand-cut to our high standards, and sourced from trusted regional suppliers.

The May Family has been in the cattle feeding, farming and ranching business for more than 75 years. Their feedyards are in Stratton, CO, Wiggins, CO and Bartlett, NE. They operate ranches near Elizabeth, CO and northern Nevada near Winnemucca and Denio.

Our cuts are aged a minimum of 21 days, resulting in a juicy, melt in your mouth steak. Our decades of experience ensures we provide the best beef you have ever tasted.

Our steaks are hand-cut to a generously thick, uniform size. Our Ribeyes, New York Strips, T-Bones, and Porterhouses are all cut to at least 1.5" thickness, which allows for a consistent grilling experience. They are packaged with the highest commitment to safety and quality, every time.
