Ground Shipping Only to UPS Zones 1 & 2 until mid Jan 2023 (Zones 3 & 4 require 2-Day Air Freight to be quoted in advance).
Orders for must be placed by Sundays at 5pm MT
for delivery the immediately following Thursday.

What To Expect From Your Shipment
The Box: Your order will arrive in either a styrofoam cooler or curbside recyclable lined box, depending on current packaging availability.
The Coolant: Products are packed in dry ice which maintains temperatures of under -100°F. Dry ice can be dangerous if it comes into contact with your skin, so please use caution when opening your package.
The Products: All products are individually vaccum-packed for freshness, and frozen immediately after dry aging and processing. We aim to get your products to you completely frozen, but some thawing may occur. As long as products are cold to the touch, they are fine to consume. If your order arrives thawed, please contact us using this form or email admin@lavacameat.com.
Shipment Tracking Information: Orders are shipped via UPS. When orders leave our fulfillment facility (typically Monday - Wednesday), you will receive tracking information in an email from UPS.
Arrival Date: All orders are shipped to arrive on Thursdays. Occasionally, orders are delayed in transit and arrive on Fridays. All orders are packed with extra coolant to withstand minor delays.
